silicon brick

Silicon brick is mainly used in brick laying carbonization chamber, combustion chamber and wall of coke oven (silica bricks occupy about 73 percent of all refractory materials in the coke oven), roof and wall in glass furnaces,the parts that bear high temperature and weightiness in hot blast furnace, and other industrial furnace like carbon oven. In order to increase production capacity of the coke oven that is modernized and in big size, it is very necessary to thin the thickness of carbonization chamber, the combustion chamber and divider, and to use silica bricks with high thermal conductivity and high density.
The types of the silica bricks are very various. According to its application, silica brick can be divided into silica bricks for coke oven, silica brick for hot blast furnace, silica brick for electric stove and etc.

According to the different size of the bricks, it can be divided into standard bricks, general bricks, shaped bricks and special shaped bricks and etc.
